“MCTs” are medium-chain triglyceride, a form of saturated fatty acid that has numerous health benefits, ranging from improved cognitive function to better weight management. Coconut oil is one great source of MCTs – roughly 62~65 percent of the fatty acids in coconut oil are MCTs – but recently more concentrated “MCT oils” have also been growing in popularity. Made from 100% mct oil from fractionated coconut oil.

Usage Direction:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablespoon (15ml) 1 to 3 times daily. If you are new to MCT OIL, Start with just 1 teaspoon to avoid upset stomach. MCT OIL can also be used as a substitute for conventional oils in salad dressings, sauces or cooking as a source of beneficial fatty acids.

Store in a cool, dry and dark environment in a tightly sealed original container. After opening, product can be refrigerated.
